A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is the lead time for production?
A: 3-5 days for samples, 12-15 days for mass order.
Q: What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in boxes and standard cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letter.
Q: Do you test all the goods before shipment?
A: Yes, we have a 100% test before shipment.
